I am not at all happy with the care that my sister received today during her appointment. She had a concern, but rather than Dr. Imad caring about her she chastised her for being 8 mins late. Now, I totally understand lateness and the aggravation it could possibly cause, BUT nevertheless her health is the concern. She continued to speak about her being late and my sister was NEVER heard. This doctor is NOT her primary care, and more than likely she will not go back. This doctor literally LEFT TO GO HOME while my sister was still in the room waiting! Ladies if you want to be heard DO NOT see this doctor.

I’m requesting to speak with a higher up. This facility is unprofessional and does follow up on procedures. My daughter has been referred and on waiting list for months. She gets an appointment and referral sent and no assistance. Originally, I waited for weeks and called about appointment. The lady who I spoke with had a nasty attitude and claimed that the referral was missed and we had to wait, in which I did. To get an appointment and the facility not verify that proper paperwork was received is horrible. I will be filing a complaint bc this is a child needing assistance and to neglect doing your job but being on your phone is horrible. And the one lady at the front is nasty and rude. The lady with glasses was trying to help but the other needs learn how to be professional and job

The quality of care is fine, not spectacular. You are assigned new doctors every so often because the doctors are Residents who are on their way to bigger and better things. Thus, you can never establish a close relationship with anyone because you’re not in their care long enough. The facilities need a major facelift. The waiting room looks like it’s in a 3rd world country. It needs to be updated and cleaned so that patients don’t feel like they are the dregs of society as they wait.

I am very upset with the service they provide it's been almost 3 weeks since I went there and nobody called me back from any referrals nobody called me back from my ADHD appointment or my sleep walking and I'm pretty sure I'm sick I get sick extremely easy everytime they draw blood my blood test comes back all wacky it basically is saying I have a affection in my blood you know what a doctor there told me when I asked about it she said she wished patients couldn't see it because we panic over nothing like thats not nothing if someone is sick fix them thats exactly why im swiching my doctor's office as soon as i find one but i promise they won't see mw again at family practice

De. George has really helped me and my family get our health concerns in order. The office is very professional, especially when was able to come prepared with a list off my concerns and medications. The office does get busy on certain days but even then the staff trys to make sure my concerns are addressed
